Sets for Today: 14, 10, 6 2 Regular 1 Wide 1 Close Total Push-ups: 120 So here is a tip: When you start getting up in days during this program, start doing your sets throughout the day. By the time I finished the close push-ups my arms felt like they were going to fall off. No exaggeration. By spacing them out you can get into the "burst" mode of exercise.
