So here is a tip: When you start getting up in days during this program, start doing your sets throughout the day. By the time I finished the close push-ups my arms felt like they were going to fall off. No exaggeration.
By spacing them out you can get into the "burst" mode of exercise. If you do them too close together you aren't able to maintain a high level of intensity. Sure you feel the burn, but...
