Here are the results of my first fit test after doing the INSANITY workout for 2 weeks. I was pretty impressed with my overall gains. So, kicking the soda habit for me is one of those things that I just can't get past. I know it is bad for me, but a coke with Mexican food is one of those things that I just love and crave. You?
