5 ways to save money on the Paleo Diet

Every one is trying to save money, food is a big part of our monthly expenses. So I made a list for those of you trying out the Paleo diet to see just what you are saving money on. Enjoy.

  1. No More Junk Food: You no longer buy chips, cookies, soda, and other pre-made crap. You stick to vegetables, meat, and fruit. Yes they are organic and cost a little more, but trust me…you are not buying $5.00 popcorn at the movies, you will save money.
  2. Health Care: You want a health care plan for America, have everyone eat better and costs will come drastically down. The Paleo Diet is going to make you feel better and healthier, you will need to visit the doctor much less.
  3. Brown Bag it: You won’t be going to McD’s for lunch anymore, but bringing a salad or stir-fry to lunch everyday. That along is going to save you a bundle.
  4. No Programs: The Paleo Diet is really a lifestyle not a diet. You can do this without having to order special food every month. I am sure you could hire a Paleo Coach, but you don’t really need to.
  5. No Gym Required: A lot of the workouts that those following the Paleo/Caveman lifestyle follow all revolve around body weight exercises. Push-ups, Pull-ups, Squats, Sprinting, ect…no Gym required for those!
